Notes from me:

1. This is a a satipatthaana (or the samskrithic smrtyupasthaana, if you will) retreat. I have known Ramji for quite a few years – and he is a nice, friendly and chilled-out feller. He recommends the retreat quite heartily…
2. In any case, Perumal Malai is a beautiful place.
3. I have known about Patrick for quite a while now, but have not so far attended his retreats – or any  retreat for that matter. The time has not so far been ripe for these thingies, I presume.
