Of course there are many reasons why Tamilnadu has the highest number of arrests by NIA in Bharat with respect to Islamic Terrorism of the IslamicState/ISIS kind.

But one major reason is the spinelessness (and collaboration) of the Dravidian Parties in general while ‘dealing’ with the Crime Syndicates of ALL kinds.

Mostly blamable on the massively, MASSIVELY corrupt DMK (because it is itself the Uber Crime Syndicate), but AIADMK post Jayalalitha has/had also joined the party.
